MCCONNACHIE, ELVA MAY - The death of Elva M. McConnachie, age 75, of Cambridge-Narrows, NB, occurred at her residence, on Thursday, September 28, 2006. She was the wife of the late William (Bill) McConnachie, and daughter of the late Harry and Eunice (Fanjoy) Vail. Elva is survived by sisters; Pauline and Bruce Chase, Cambridge-Narrows, and Margaret McGee, St. Catharine's, ON; brothers, Walter Vail, Gagetown, and Dennis and Cathy Vail, Fredericton, George and Helen Vail, College Bridge, NB; special cousin, Art and Nellie Perry; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers, Carl and Ronald Vail; and sister, Freda Kierstead; and special aunt, Effie Jane Andrews. By Elva's request there will be no visitation. Following cremation, a private family graveside service will be held at MacDonald's Corner Cemetery, MacDonald's Corner, NB.
