DANN, DOUGLAS EDWARD - At the Peter D. Clarke Health Care Centre on Monday, October 30, 2006. Survived by brother Venerable Archdeacon Robert P. Dann (Suzie) of London, Ontario; son Wayne (Natasha) of Saudi Arabia; daughters Connie Sims (Bob) of Woodstock and Jean Bourgeault (Greg) of Marathon. Also by Ina and friend Cliff of Ottawa; granddaughters Jennifer Coleman of Marathon, Andrea Bourgeault of Sudbury and Laura Logronios of Toronto; grandsons John Tunney of Sudbury, Douglas Bourgeault of Marathon and Efin of Calgary. Douglas was born at Lakeside, New Brunswick, Graduated from Hampton Consolidated School in 1939. He worked the family farm in Lakeside where he married Ina in 1946. Later he moved to Toronto (1956) and subsequently (1989) to Chestermere, Alberta. He will be remembered and missed by his many friends and loved ones. A Service in Doug's memory will be held in the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa) on Friday, November 3, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. with interment at a later date in Hampton, New Brunswick.
