LOUNDER, MARGARET CLARA - The death of Margaret C. Lounder of Fredericton and formerly of McAdam occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Monday, December 11th, 2006 at the age of 82. Born in Jacquet River, NB she was a daughter of the late Paul and Emma (Goodine) Furlong. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Womens Auxilliary in McAdam. She enjoyed playing crib with her husband and enjoyed spending many happy times with family and friends at their camp at Spednik Lake. Survived by her husband of 60 years, Frank who she was so devoted to with such a caring and loving manner; son, Walter (Sharon) Lounder of Kentucky (formerly of McAdam); daughter, Janet Landry (Richard) of Moncton; four precious grandchildren, Tracy (Ross) Piercy of McAdam, Tara Landry of Halifax, Matthew and Chris Landry both of Moncton; two great-grandchildren, Courtney and Meghan Piercy; sisters, Ethel McGregor, Ruby Lawless, Hilda Moran and Lou Mann; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and Tracy Piercy's mom, Ella of McAdam. Predeceased by her brother, Walter Furlong; sisters, Dot Guitard, Leona McGregor and Mary Legacy. Resting at Bishops Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Rd. with visiting on Thursday, December 14th, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Bishops Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 15th, 2006 at 1:00PM with Rev. Will Patterson officiating.
