SELLICK, MARY ELIZABETH JOHANNA - The passing of Mary Elizabeth Johanna Sellick, wife of the late Raymond Sellick, of Green Hill, NB, occurred on December 13, 2006 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on August 17, 1924 in Belleisle, NB, she was the daughter of the late George and Johanna Askwith. Mary was a member of the 4H Club, the Golden Age Club, the UCW and of the Quilters Guild, where she did fundraising for the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital and the Stanley Fire Department. She was a great Volunteer for her community and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Mary was the foster mother to her boys, Frank and Albert Talbot. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Ruby Dunlap of Fredericton; family, David, Jillian, John, Stephen and Susan Brigham. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Edward Askwith. Visitation will be held from York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Hillcrest United Church on Friday, December 15, 2006 at 2 pm with Rev. Murray McFarlane officiating. Interment will take place at Cross Creek Baptist Cemetery.
