GOGUEN, RITA MARGARET - Mrs. Rita Margaret Goguen, wife of the late J. Orice Goguen passed away peacefully at her daughter's residence on Sunday December 17, 2006. Born 1922 in Judique, NS, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Margaret (Campbell) Donovan. She is survived by her sons, Jack (Loretta) of Grand Bay-Westfield, Pat (Carolyn) of Woodstock, Derek (Debbie) of Rothesay, Michael (Myrna) of Saint John, Brett of Saint John and Brian (Jane) of Oakville, ON; daughters, Margaret Anne MacDonald (John) of Saint John, Michele Melvin (James) of Rothesay, Nicole Fulton of Saint John and Jennifer Pierce (Bill) of Saint John; sister Florence (Coney) Currie (Elwood) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; life long friend, Geraldine Sampson; 22 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; her caregiver and friend Christine Muise, who was exceptionally kind, gentle, and loving with our mother in her last months; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by brothers, Leo C. (Pat) Donovan and Bobby (Dunny) Donovan. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Monday December 18, 2006 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, December 19, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Ann's Catholic Church on Wednesday December 20, 2006 at 11:00 am.
