Aged 77 years of Springhill, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Nappan. Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of the Late Harry and Audrey Corey. Natalie graduated from Saint Charles Commercial School, Amherst, and began her bookkeeping career in the office of Amherst Co-operative. During her working years, she was Personel Officer at the Interprovinicial School for the Deaf, Amherst, for 18 years; became an Insurance Agent and worked as manager for Tantramar Insurance Agency and later at Amherst Insurance Agency. She curled with the Amherst Business Women's League; was a member of Springhill Baptist Church, where she was church Treasurer for a number of years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Russell Fisher; daughter, Patricia MacGillivary and son Larry "Mike" MacGillivary both of Amherst; step-children, Catherine (Colin) Fox of Halifax, John (Marie) Fisher of Beechwood, N. B. and Stacie (Pablo) Fisher-Rodriguez of Toronto, Ontario; ten grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Gerry) Corey of Amherst; sister, Jacqueline (Robert) Carter of Nappan; several nieces and nephews. Visitations were held 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 Thursday in A. H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, from where the Funeral Service was held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 29, 2008 with The Reverend Perry Hanley officiating. Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill, at a later date. If so desired, donations to the Springhill Baptist Church or charity of choice would be appreciated.
