DESPRES, ALICE BEATRICE - The death of Alice Beatrice Despres of Upper Gagetown, NB, occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Monday, January 1st, 2007. She was the daughter of the late Bliss and Sylvia (Chase) Randall and the wife of Eric Despres. Survived by her children, Joyce Bova (Fred) of Stanford, USA, Lloyd Despres (Debbie) of Geary, NB, Elva Bunch (Vern) of Stoneyplain, AB, Logan Despres (Evyette) of Sparwood, BC, Norman Despres of Fort St. John, BC, Gerry Despres (Carol) of Williams Lake, BC, and Barry Despres (Tracey) of Chelton, PEI; her siblings, Verna of Ab., Hattie of Ont., Elnora and Charlie (Maxine) all of BC., Heloise of Ripples, NB, Curtis (Joyce) of BC, Walter (Verley) of Fredericton, NB, and Arvella (William) of AB, 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her siblings, Eliha, Deltha, Everett, Lloyd, Gerald, and Glenna. Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Bridgets Catholic Church Gagetown, NB on Thursday, January 4th 2007 at 11:00 am with Rev. Ken Weir as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Bridgets Catholic Cemetery.
