SMITH, JOHN GORDON - John Gordon Smith of Campbellton passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on January 20th, 2007 at the age of 84 years. He was the son of the late Andrew James Smith and the late Josephine Leboeuf. He worked for CNR for 39 years and was a veteran World War #11 Royal Canadian Regiment from 1939 - 1945. Survived by daughters, Deborah Adams, (Bill) Bristol, NB, Dawne Smithson (Bill) Winnipeg, Karen LeBrun (Gary), Lower Sackville, NS, Dayle Roy, Campbellton; step-son, Keith MacKenzie (Nancy), Ont.; sisters, Lorraine Laing, Winnipeg, sister-in-law, Bertha Adams, Glennis Pollock, Hazel Appleby, Dorval Gray, Ruth Stone, Marie Pollock, Daisy MacNamara; brothers, Pat Smith, Donald Smith, Ted Smith, Alden Smith, Geoffrey Smith; special grandchildren, Dean Roy, Matthew LeBrun, Kori Kennedy, Todd Adams, Kyle Adams, Robert Smithson, Adam Smithson, Kelly Penny, Barbie MacKenzie, Heather MacKenzie, Barbi-Rae Pollock; 13 great grandchildren.
