LEONARD ROY WALLACE
WALLACE, LEONARD ROY - The death of Leonard Roy Wallace, loving husband of Janice (Arseneau) Wallace occurred peacefully on Thursday, February 1, 2007 after a brief illness at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1947 in Saint John he was the son of the late Charles and Mary (LeBlanc) Wallace. Lenny worked as a laborer for the Port of Saint John as well as several various companies. Besides his wife Janice he is survived by his sons Richard Wallace (Nadine Irvine) and William Wallace (Janice Bodycott) both of Saint John; four grandchildren Justin, Nathan, Michelle and Michael; four brothers Leo (Patsy) of Saint John, Arthur of Grand Bay-Westfield, Donald (Shirley) of Saint John and Norman (Helen) of Saint John; sisters Gladys Williams, Helen Allen(Stewart), Alice Wallace and Shirley Daigle (Paul) all of Saint John; many nieces and nephews and many friends. Besides his parents he was predeceased by sister Emma Williams and brothers Gerald, Charles, William and Joseph. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Peter's Church, Clarendon Street, on Monday February 5, 2007 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
