MACKIN, ANN MARIE (McDONALD) - Peacefully on Wednesday February 7th, 2007 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerard Mackin. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Ann & Ray Cassin, Patricia & Donald MacDonald, Kevin & Meredith Mackin, Maureen & Dave Rehel, Agnes & Thomas Lindsay, Cathy & Ken Laurent, Michael & Tanja Mackin, Gerard & Micheline Mackin. Adored Grandmother (Grannie) to Sean (Jana), Tanya (Udo), Gerard, Andrea, Erin, Patricia (David), Heidi, Mary, Meagan, Allan, Grant, Timothy, Andrew, Sarah & Kevin. Proud Great Grandmother to Ella. Special friend to Mary, Helen, Marion & Sharon. Ann's lifetime commitment to children included a career in teaching at Our Lady Queen of the World School as well as volunteer work at REACH (Victoria Park) in her retirement. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Les Jardins Interieurs for their kindness, care and compassion. Visitation will be held at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 307 Riverside, St. Lambert, QC on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at St. Mary's Church, 735 Miller, Greenfield Park, QC. Burial will take place in St. John, NB on June 21st, 2007.
