FOSTER, EASTMAN WATTERS - At the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 18, 2007, Mr. Eastman Watters Foster, husband of Mrs. Bertha Jean (MacDonald) Foster of Blacks Harbour NB. Born on Grand Manan Island NB, on March 26, 1926 he was a son of Prince and Fleda (Ingersoll) Foster. A loving husband, father, grandfather and brother he is survived by his loving wife, Bertha; one son, Rev. Gary Foster of Waterloo, ON; two granddaughters, Jamie and Nicole Foster of Seeyles Cove; one brother, Edward (Marie) Tidd of Elliot Lake, ON; one sister, Marietta (Bud) Wormell of Blacks Harbour and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Eastman was predeceased by one son, Maynard; one brother, Ellis Foster and one half brother, Sherwood Tidd. Prior to his retirement, Eastman worked with Connor's Bros. for 50 years. He loved fishing and the water and attended the Wesleyan Church in Blacks Harbour. Resting at the Wesleyan Church in Blacks Harbour from where the service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm. Interment in the Pennfield Rural Cemetery in the spring. Visiting at the Church on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In Eastman's memory donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
