MacTAVISH, W. E. (BILL) - W. E. (Bill) MacTavish 80, of Spencer Memorial Home, Moncton and formerly of Bathurst passed away at his residence on Tuesday February 20, 2007. Born in Redbank, he was the son of the late Glenn & Bernetta (Travis) MacTavish. Bill was retired from the Automobile Industry and was a member of Highfield St. Baptist Church. Bill will be sadly missed by his wife of over 50 years, Joan (Crosbie) MacTavish, Moncton; daughter, Joy Kondra (Andrew), Calgary, AB; Sons, Sandy (Cindy), Riverview; Robert (Dora), Miramichi; Bill (Wendy), Antigonish, NS; grandchildren, Desiree, Justine, Sarah, Greg, Brittany, Jared, Jordon, Matthew; sisters, Jean Semple, Smith Falls, ON; Roberta Scott, Bathurst; brothers, Daryl MacTavish (Joyce), Miramichi; Winston McTavish (Georgia), Montague, PE; several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by one brother, Rev. Dale MacTavish. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) Thursday 2-4, 7-9pm. Funeral Service at Highfield St. Baptist Church Friday February 23, 2007, 1:30pm, Pastor Philip Styles officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Miramichi Cemetery, Miramichi.
