GILBERT, NORMA ERNESTINE - Norma Ernestine Gilbert (nee Worden), of Walkerton, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Monday, February 19, 2007 in her 84th year. Norma proudly served her country during WW II as a corporal in the RCAF-WD. Beloved mother of John of Walkerton; loving grandmother of Matthew, Kirk and Alexandra; dear sister of Carl Worden of Portagevale, New Brunswick, Esther Ferris and sister-in-law of George Gilbert, both of Berwick, New Brunswick. Predeceased by her husband, John; sisters, Anna Wasson and Audrey Perry; an infant sister, Phyllis; and her parents, William and Mae (Proctor) Worden; and her mother-in-law, Mabel Worden. There will be no funeral home visitation. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 23, 2007 at Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton beginning with a Royal Canadian Legion Service at 11:00 am. Interment in Coles Island Baptist Cemetery, Coles Island, New Brunswick. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
