THOMPSON, FRANCIS (FRANK) - The death of Francis (Frank) Thompson of Hampton, husband of Shaaron (Nolan) occurred March 05, 2007 at Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in Shediac, N.B. son of the late Joseph and Florence (McPherson) Thompson. Frank worked in construction most of his life as a laborer foreman. He enjoyed camping, gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with his grandchildren. Frank was also a charter member of the Hampton Lions Club. He is survived by wife Shaaron; four sons, Lee (Sherry), Heath (Kitty), Todd all of Hampton, & Troy, Saint John; one brother George, Halifax; three sisters, Eleanor Doiron, Ont, Theresa Killem, Quebec, & Helena Mather, Moncton; and a special daughter Julia Smith, Sussex. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Friday, 1:00 pm at Reid's Funeral Home with Rev. Kent Burdett officiating. Interment in Hampton Rural Cemetery in the spring. Memorials to Heart & Stroke Foundation or N.B. Lung Association would be appreciated. Visiting from 2-4pm & 7-9pm Thursday.
