CORRIGAN, LINDA M. - The death of Linda Mary Corrigan of 129 Courtney Avenue, Saint John, wife of the late Frederick G. Corrigan, occurred on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at her residence. Born in Saint John on March 21, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Nellie (Chamberlain) Eagles. Linda was a member of the Cathedral Parish CWL and attended Stella Maris Church and volunteered for many years at the CYO Bingo. She is survived by two brothers, Henry Eagles of Saint John and Louis Eagles of Vancouver, BC; one sister, Gerry McEwen of Saint John; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, James, Raymond and Thomas; and five sisters, Madeline, Mimi, Mabel, Louise and Margaret. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday 7 to 9 PM and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 3, 2007 at 1:00 PM. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
