TAYLOR, JOAN W. - The death of Joan W. Taylor, wife of the late Mort Taylor, occurred on May 27, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Winnifred Corbett. Joan is survived by her brother, Robert Corbett (Hazel) of Grand Bay-Westfield; and several nieces and nephews. Before her retirement, Joan worked for 34 years at Air Canada. Joan was a director of the Saint John High School Alumni Association, a member of Probus Women's Club, and also a member of Air Canada Pionairs. By request there will be no visitation. Following cremation at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), a private family interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension.
