DEFAZIO, PAULINE MAY - The death of Pauline M. Defazio, age 78, wife of Douglas N. Defazio, of Springfield, NB, occurred on June 1, 2007, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Fred and May (Northrup) Armstrong. She is survived by her husband, sons; Steve and Peggy Defazio, Rothesay, and Mike and Judy Defazio, Saint John, seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, brothers; Bill and Gale Armstrong, and Cal and Phil Armstrong, sisters; Gladys Wies, Florence and Jack Duffy, Faye and Bill Pearson, Barb and Ashley Milburn, and sister-in-law; Eleanor Armstrong, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her infant son Joseph and son Wayne and brothers; Jim and George Armstrong. At the family's request, there will be no visitation.
