EDMUND J. BONNEVIE
BONNEVIE, EDMUND J. - The death of Edmund J. Bonnevie of Kingston, husband of Bernetta (Piers) Bonnevie occurred June 22, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in Saint John, son of the late Adelard and Suzanne (Johnson) Bonnevie. He was an Industrial Electrician and was a member of I.B.E.W Local 502. Edmund owned and operated Kingston Mechanical Steel Fabrication. He was a member of Fundy Coast Campers, Hammond River Angling Association and enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved spending time with family and friends. Surviving besides his wife Bernetta are one son Mark, Kingston; one daughter Christine Dobbin (Brad), Quispamsis; three brothers, Yvon (Molly), Saint John, Leo (Gail), Quispamsis, Gerard (Alice), Windsor, On; 2 sisters, Jean Filmore (Frank), Ottawa, Yvonne Bonnevie, Saint John; two grandchildren, Lindsay and Alexander Dobbin; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 1:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, 10:00am, at St. Alphonsus Church, Hampton, celebrated by Rev. Kevin Barry. Interment will be in Hampton Rural Cemetery.
