WARD, LINDA JANE - The death of Linda Ward, of Symthe Street, occurred at Saint John Regional Hospital on June 27, 2007. Linda was born on July 3, 1948 in Saint John to the late Verner and Anne (Carroll) Ward. She was a graduate of St. Vincent's High School, NBCC Saint John and attended UNBSJ. Linda was a member of the Full Gospel Assembly and the Saint John Writers' Club. She loved animals, movies, opera and traveling. Linda is survived by four good friends; Mary (Terry) Mason, Helen Mott and Joyce Geldart all of Saint John and Carrie McNulty of Hartland. She will be missed by all, especially her loving cat, Rhubarb. Linda was the last surviving member of her family. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Friday, June 29, 2007 at 2:30 pm. Interment in Fernhill Cemetery.
