FOLKINS-RAMSAY, RUTH - Mrs. Ruth Folkins-Ramsay of Pleasant Ridge passed away on July 29, 2007 at the age of 84. Ruth is predeceased by her first husband Gordon Folkins who passed away in 1982 and by her second husband Bill Ramsay who passed away in 2007. She is survived by her daughter: Betty Folkins (John Wright) of Halifax, NS, seven sons: Austin Folkins (Joan) of Mt. Middleton, Raymond Folkins (Laura) of Kierstead Mt., Donald Folkins of Millstream, Lawrence Folkins (Dixie) of Berwick, Burton Folkins (Mary) of Fredericton, Elmer Folkins of Carsonville, Everett Folkins (Kathleen) of Pleasant Ridge, her step-son: David Ramsay (Ruth) of Saint John, 27 grandchildren 26 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Ruth was the last surviving member of her immediate family, she was predeceased by her two sisters: Edith McAnespy and Edna Benedict and by her brother: Stanley Dunfield. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Wesley United Church, Berwick on Wednesday August 1st at 2:00pm followed by the interment at Berwick Cemetery.
