WHEATON, F. EUGENE - The death of F. Eugene Wheaton of Erb's Cove, husband of the late Patricia (Harris) Wheaton occurred August 2, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in Erb's Cove, son of the late Lloyd and Hazel (Earle) Wheaton. Eugene attended Erb's Cove Baptist Church. He was a self employed cabinet maker. Eugene loved music, playing the accordion, attending music festivals and camping. He is survived by one daughter, Judy Edwards (David), Nasonworth, NB; two sons, Daniel Wheaton (Rhoda), Fredericton, Stephen Wheaton (Ann), Kingston; two brothers Roland Wheaton, Quispamsis, Colin Wheaton (Marie), Erb's Cove; five grandchildren, one great grandson, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one grandson Owen Daniel McWilliams. There will be no visitation by request. The funeral will be held Saturday, 2:00 pm at Erb's Cove Baptist Church with Pastor Stephen Cripps officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.
