BELDING, MS. SHAWN LORRAINE - The death of Ms. Shawn Lorraine Belding occurred unexpectedly on Friday August 3, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1965 in Saint John she was the daughter of Garnet and Patricia (Garnett) Belding of Saint John. Shawn worked as a custodian for District # 8. She was an avid tri-athlete and enjoyed marathons. Besides her parents, she is survived by brothers, Timothy Belding of Chance Harbour, Shane Belding (Paula) of Minnesota and Anthony Belding (Heather) of Saint John; sisters, Pam Cyr of Saint John and Jennifer Kennedy (Roger) of Hampton; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Randy Belding and Arthur Belding. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Monday, August 6, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Chance Harbour Baptist Cemetery.
