GREENWOOD, STEWART - Mr. Stewart Greenwood of Waterborough, passed away on August 12, at the age of 89. Son of the late Leonard and Ada (Whaley) Greenwood, Stewart is survived by his wife, Lena; two daughters, Ferne Greenwood (Frank MacDonald) of Bedford, NS, Bonnie Greenwood (Bill Robinson) of Fredericton; two grandchildren, Andrew and Sarah Robinson; two sisters, June Wiggins (Noble) of Youngs Cove Rd. Vanda White (Ken) of Saint John; as well as several nieces and nephews. Stewart was predeceased by his brother, Albert Trevor; and nephews, Garth Greenwood and Kirby White. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Thursday evening 6 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Young's Cove Rd. on Friday at 2:00 pm. Royal Canadian Legion Washademoak Branch # 60 and Sussex Branch #20 will hold a tribute Thursday evening at 6:45pm.
