STEEVES, LORI M. - Lori M. Steeves 39, beloved wife of Shane G. Steeves of Moncton, passed away unexpectedly at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, August 17, 2007. Born in Moncton, Lori was the daughter of Marie (Bustin) Killam of Moncton and the late Gordon Killam (1996). Lori was employed with the City of Moncton (PSAC-RCMP) with 14 years service. She was a member of the RCMP Joint Health and Safety Committee, the RCMP Regimental Ball Committee and was a Labor Management Representative. Lori's various hobbies included, playing cards (200), bridge, enjoyed watching soap operas, playing online video games, cross stitching, listening to music and she was an avid reader. Besides her loving husband of 15 years, Shane and her mother, Marie, Lori will be sadly missed by her father in law, Bob Steeves (Carolyn Robichaud), Moncton; mother in law, Glenda Steeves-Pringle (Brian), Riverview; grandparents, Clifford and Leida Lea, Riverview; brothers in law, Scott Steeves (Marilyn), Monte Steeves (Lori), Regan Steeves (Pauline), Lorne Steeves (Lorie); and sister in law, Bobbi Steeves, all of Moncton; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd., Moncton (858-1995), Monday 7 to 9, Tuesday 2 to 4, 7 to 9.
