MORAN, THERESA MARILYN - of Saint John passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at the SJRH surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late John Alexander Moran and Marie Louise (Scullin). She will be dearly missed by her two sisters, Judianne (Dennis) Luck of Saint John, and Vera (Jerry) Swain of Halifax, NS; nieces and nephews, Michelle (Cy Thompson) Luck, Sean (Kerrie) Luck, Kristian (Stephanie Godin) Luck, Matthew (Jamie) Luck, John (Candy) Swain, Jennie (Marty) King, and Bear (Stephanie) Swain; great nieces and nephews, Sara, Daniel, Gabrielle, Ozzie, Genevieve, and Abigail. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her many friends especially John Cairns, June Bertrand, Donna London, Jane Wilson, Jackie Clark and Joanne Langlais. After graduating from Notre Dame D'acadie in 1963, Theresa attended Teachers College. She began her 33 year career in youth education in Minto, NB. She also taught in St. Stephen, NB, was a French specialist in Rothesay, NB and finished her career as the principal at Latimore Lake School in Saint John. Theresa enjoyed traveling, knitting, and crocheting. Treasured memories of baking cookies, pies, and eating her famous fudge will be held near to the hearts of her "children". She was compassionate, intuitive and always had the answer we were seeking. We were blessed with her love and she will be treasured always. Resting at Cavanagh Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm and Tuesday morning from 10am to 12pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at 1pm followed by interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
