MULLIN, W. ARTHUR - The death of Mr. W. Arthur Mullin of Saint John West, occurred at his residence on October 15, 2007. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late Charles and Frances (Given) Mullin. Mr. Mullin attended St. Rose and Vocational schools in his youth, and later worked in the stores department of the former Dr. Roberts Hospital. Arthur was also known as the unofficial " Mayor" of the Lancaster Mall. Mr. Mullin is survived by his two sisters, Catherine Goguen and Shirley Doucette of Saint John; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great -great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Joe Kane and Albert Mullin; three sisters, Mary Moore, Fran Donnelly, and Theresa Donner. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave (634-1701). Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rose de Lima Church on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at 1 pm. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visiting at Castle "Fallsview" on Wednesday, October 17th from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm. Following the interment, a reception will take place at the Fallsview Family Reception Centre.
