Oromocto, N.B. The sudden death of Dan Dwyer occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital, Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Born in New Waterford, C.B., he was the son of Thomas and the late Cecelia (Ropek) Dwyer and husband to Jeanne Montague. Dan had a 25-year career with the military, retiring as military police. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Jeanne; children, Eric and Tiffany Dwyer; stepchildren, Cody and Tayler Lunnen; his father and stepmother, Thomas and Irene Dwyer; brothers, Terry (Suzie) and Timmy (Lori); sisters, Tracey (Eric) and Tammy (Ryan); as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home, Saturday, May 10, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel, Sunday, May 11 at 2 p.m. Rev.
