It is with great sadness that the family of the late Annie Beatrice George announce her passing on Monday, January 21st, 2008 in her 54th year. She will be sadly missed by her loving son Jorden, her companion Jackey, one brother Gary (Betty) Carter of Howley, five sisters: Rowena (Gerald) Tardiff of Plaster Rock, N.B., Jeanette Collins of Deer Lake, Wanda (Frank) Pearce of Howley, Lisa (Jeff) Tansley of Deer Lake and Lori-ann Carter (Roger Bolten) of Calgary, Alberta; her mother-in-law Neta George, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Edmund, parents: Fred & Hilda Carter. Visitation will take place today, Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. from Parsons Funeral Home, 63 Northmain Street, Deer Lake, where also funeral service will take place on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with Canon Meade officiating.
