DEARMAN, JOHN SR. - John Dearman Sr. of Newtown passed away on January 4, 2008 at the age of 66. He was the son of the late Gordon and Inez (Miller) Dearman and the husband of the late Ann Dearman who passed away in 1997. John is survived by his special friend, Irene Myers; four daughters, Helen Dearman (Bruce) of Antigonish, NS, Dawn Dearman of Knightville, Margaret Melvin (Lawrence) of Cornhill and Sherry McCabe (Jeremy) of Edmonton, Alberta; three sons, John Jr. (Katherine) of Norton, Charles (Lori) of Sussex and Robert (Julie) of Sussex; three brothers, David (April) of Winchester, Mass., Clyde (Judy) of Ontario and Bobby of Saint John; two sisters, Florence Crandall (Wayne) and Nancy McDonald (Russell) all of Quispamsis; his sister-in-law, Valerie Dearman of Burton; 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his brother, Paul. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex,(506-433-1176).
