FINNIE, FLORENCE JOYCE - of Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Saturday, January 5, 2008, at the age of 85. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Finnie; three sons, Alex Finnie of Calgary, Malcolm Finnie of Winnipeg and Cedric Finnie of Vancouver; two daughters, Shirley Finnie of Halifax and Leanda Harris of Watson Settlement; one sister, Marion Brightman of England; grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Florence was predeceased by her parents; one son, Lorne; and one daughter, Heather. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB , with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2 pm from Saint James United Church. Rev. Fred Snyder will be officiating, with interment in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date. www.scottfh.com
