WILLIAM R. MAXWELL
MAXWELL, WILLIAM R. - William R. Maxwell, of Morna passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on the West Side on November 12, 1925, he was the son of the late William and Elizabeth (Williams) Maxwell. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice (Atkins) Maxwell; one daughter, Anne (Neil) Lutes; two grandsons, William (Alison) and Aaron Lutes, all of Moncton; and his special pet, Pumpkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Leahy. Bill served on Corvettes during WWII and worked for Acne Construction and R. Jack Atkins Ltd. until his retirement. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Resting at Castle Funeral Homes, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave, (634-1701) there will be no visiting or service by William's request.
