Passed peacefully away at the Palliative care unit of the Western Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook, on Tuesday February 5th, 2008 at the age of 87 years. Donald Herbert Maxwell Williams. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Donna Rideout, Dalice (Arch Anstey), Dorothy Pardy, David (Sue) Williams, Montrose Williams, Lorriane (Daryel Gordon), Rosabelle (Aubrey Winsor), Lindsay (Valerie) Williams, Iris (Harold) (Hayden), Melva Pilgrim, Anne Williams, and James (Sandra) Williams. His 25 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren. His brother Wilmore Williams. Also leaves to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his extended familys. Dad was predeceased by his wife: Viola Alberta nee Winsor, his brothers: Dexter John Williams, Stafford Williams, Cecil Williams, and Roger Williams. his sisters: Ida Simmons, Emma (Major) Williams, and Flossie Newman. His son-in-law: Clayton Pardy. The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm today, Thursday, February 7th, 2008, 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Friday, February 8th, 2008 from the hours of 10-12. The funeral service will take place on Friday February 8th 2008 at 2:pm from the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Deer Lake, with Pastor Terry Snow officating with the Burial to follow at the church cemetery at Wights Road, Deer Lake.
