STEVENS, ELIZABETH "BETTY" (SHAMPER) - Passed away on Friday, February 8, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Reginald and Rita Shamper. She is survived by her niece, Barbara Thomson; two nephews, Reginald Robson and Barry Robson; three great nieces and nephews, Christopher, Kerilee, and Joshua and a great-great niece and nephew, Braydon and Shelby. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Rev. Harry Stevens and sister, Dorothy Robson. Resting at Castle Funeral Homes, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) visitation will take place on Saturday, February 9, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, February 10, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from Castle Funeral Home. Interment will take place in the spring, at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Donations, in memory of Betty, may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
