RYAN, ETHEL MAY - The death of Ethel May Ryan of Loch Lomond Villa occurred at her residence on Monday, February 11, 2008. Ethel was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late Owen and Ella (Patterson) Campbell. She was predeceased by a brother, William Campbell; and four sisters, Bessie McKay, Gertrude Orr, Margaret Dunphy, and Clare McAuley. She is survived by four sons, Edward (Florence) of Renous, Daniel of Saint John, Robert of Saint John, John of Toronto, and William of Saint John; two sisters, Mary O'Blenis of Saint John, and Frances Mailman (John) of Willow Grove; five grandchildren, Beth Ryan, Loretta Nicholson, Bernard Ryan, Daniel Ryan, and Calvin Ryan; two great-granddaughters, Alexandra and Charlotte Nicholson; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Friday afternoon at 12:05. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
