LONDON, JOHN MERRILL - John M. London, husband of Joyce (Rhan) London of Grand Bay-Westfield passed away peacefully at home on April 3, 2008 surrounded by his family. Born 1943 in Saint John to the late Harry and Myla (Shanks) London. John was a devoted husband, father and grandfather; he loved spending time with his family and friends. John was a Sheet Metal Worker and worked for Fundy Ventilation and First Choice; John also belonged to the Sheet Metal and Roofers Worker Union Local 437. Besides his wife Joyce, he is survived by sons, Charles (Terrie) of Quispamsis, John of Nerepis; daughters, Cheryl and Sandy, both of Virginia and April of Nerepis; grandchildren Branden, Madison, Shena, Brittany, David, Shelby, Alexander and Aiden and many friends. Following cremation, a Celebration for John's life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of John can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
