LEVESQUE, CLIFFORD "BUD" - Clifford Levesque of Wapske passed away peacefully at Tobique Valley Hospital on April 8, 2008. Born in New Denmark on August 20, 1929, he was the son of the late Louis and Marie (Dufour) Levesque. Clifford leaves behind his wife, Avis Levesque (Daye); his daughter, Julie Simpson (David) and Charlotte Tomlinson (Richard), both of Wapske, Laurie Daye (Shawn) of New Denmark; his sons, Richard (France) and Ernest (Shelley), both of Wapske, Eric (Virginia) and Jeff, both of Plaster Rock; 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson. He was predeceased by his grandson, Michael Levesque. Clifford was the last member of a family of thirteen. Resting at Tobique Chapel, Plaster Rock, with visitation on Thursday 7-9 pm and on Friday 12-2 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2008 at 2 pm from St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Father Curtis Sappier officiating. Interment will be in the Plaster Rock Community Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, donations to the NB Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
