WADE, ALVINE 1934 - 2008 - Alvine Wade of Perth-Andover passed away at Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph Hospital on April 17, 2008. Born in St-Anne-de-Madawaska, NB, on April 28, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Clara (Godin) Ouellette. Alvine leaves behind her husband of 31 years, John Wade; her daughters, Cindy Ciercia (Ron) of Bristol, CT, Lisa Nelson (friend Ted) of Phoenix, AZ, Christine Mangawang of Bangor, ME; her sons, Kurt Edgecomb (Gina) of Vernon, CT, Duane Edgecomb (Laurie) of Hollywood, MD; her sisters, Gertrude Thibodeau of Connors, NB; Patricia Ross (Brian) of Fort Fairfield, ME; her brother, Alphie Ouellette (Alphena) of Hamelin, ME. She was predeceased by her parents, and two sons, Alan Edgecomb and Darrell Edgecomb. Alvine worked as a nurse's aid at the Community General Hospital in Fort Fairfield, ME before her retirement. There will be no visitation by Alvine's request. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 2 pm from the Perth-Andover Wesleyan Church. Rev. Ryan Farrell officiating. Interment will be at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery, Limestone, ME at a later date. For those who wish, donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
