MOTT, IVAN WILLARD - The death of Ivan Willard Mott, age 83, of Sussex Corner, NB, and formerly of Brown's Cove, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, May 19, 2008. Ivan was the husband of Hazel (Urquhart) Mott and son of the late George and Annie (Logue) Mott. He is survived by his wife, Hazel; son, Chris and Doreen Mott, of Sussex Corner; daughters, Anne and Ralph Brown of Quispamsis, and Susan and Dave Kindred of Penobsquis; grandchildren, Michael Siegner, Michele and Eric Pelletier, Tracy and Dave Freeze and Matthew Stewart; great grandchildren, Gennie, Jessica, Jake, Hannah, Sam and John; brother, Irvin and Verna Mott of Saint John; sisters, Grace and John McDonald of Sussex, Georgie Urquhart of Sussex Corner, Ruth and Bert Norrad of Sussex Corner, Lily and Lawrence Barnes of McDonald's Point, and Pat and Ove Samuelsen of Sackville; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ivan was predeceased by his brother Blake. Visiting at Sherwood's Funeral Home (839-2156) 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, from 2 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral service will be held from Sherwood's Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2008. Interment will follow in Belyea's Cove Cemetery.
