LUTES, JAYNE ELIZABETH (GALBRAITH) 1945-2008 - Jayne's family and friends are deeply saddened to announce her death which occurred on May 31 in British Columbia. She died with her daughter, Mary at her side. Jayne was the daughter of the late Thomas and Augusta (Thomas) Galbraith of Lorneville. She is survived by her husband Walter Jr., daughters Laura Gallant (Garry) and Mary Magee (Brian) and grandchildren Donald, Joshua, Alana and Mariha. She is also survived by sisters Patricia Galea (Joseph), Sheila Arnott (Robert), Charlotte Flemming (Harold) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jayne worked for many years at the Bank of Nova Scotia on Charlotte St. before moving to the West Coast. Committal service by Vincent Galbraith D.L.M., Saturday June 14, at 1pm at the Lorneville Cemetery. Reception to follow.
