WELLES, RONALD LEO - After a lengthy illness the death of Ronald Welles formerly of St George, N.B. occurred at the Chilliwack General Hospital on June 9, 2008. Ron was born in Noranda, P.Q. on Dec 6 1946 to the late Murray and Ghislaine (Poulin) Welles of Blacks Harbour. He is survived by his wife Marijane (Couture) Welles of Sardis, B.C.; one son, Shawn and wife, Valerie and two grandchildren, Cameron and Vanessa of Abbottsford, B.C. He is also survived by four brothers, Gerald of Blacks Harbour, Lawrence of Hampton, Dale of Beaver Harbour, Clayton of St. Andrews and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or service by Rons request.
