TOY, HELENA CATHERINE - Peacefully at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen NB. on June 19, 2008 Mrs. Helena Catherine (Williamson) Toy, beloved wife of Eugene A. Toy of St. George NB. Born in Back Bay NB. on September 30, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Forrest and Carrie (Hooper) Williamson. A loving wife, mother and sister, she is survived by a daughter, Rena (Alvin) Stewart of Blacks Harbour NB.; a sister, Reta McVicar of St.George NB.; special grandchildren, Christopher and Mandy Vanhorne; brother in law, James (Grace) Waycott of Fredericton; sister in law, Elizabeth Toy; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her first husband, Stephen Clifton Gaudett; her grandchildren, Krista, Todd and Terry Stewart; two brothers, Edward and Fraser. Helena will forever be remembered for her generosity and giving. She was a faithful member of the Wesleyan Church in Blacks Harbour for many years. She loved flowers and spending time at her trailer at Beulah Camp. Rested at the Wesleyan Church in Blacks Harbour from where the service was held on Sunday at 3 pm with Rev. Jeff Hoyt officiating followed by interment in the St. George Rural Cemetery. Visiting at the church was on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. In Helena's memory, donations to the I.W.K. or a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
