NASON, EVA MARY (GOULD) - Passed away on Friday, June 27, 2008 at the Carleton-Kirk Lodge. Born on August 7, 1917 in Fairville, NB she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Catherine (Richardson) Gould. Eva was a member of the Branch #69 Ladies Auxiliary and Branch #69 Seniors. She is survived by her daughter, Penny (Jim) Irving and son, Stephen (Donna) Wason, both of Saint John; 4 grandchildren, Art (Joanne) Hovey, Andy, Tammy, and Martina Nason and 6 great grandchildren. The last surviving member of her immediate family, she was also predeceased by her husband, Lester Nason and granddaughter, Melissa Hovey. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) there will be no visitation by the family's request and cremation will take place. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at Cedar Hill Ext. Cemetery. Donations, in memory of Eva, may be made to Branch #69 Auxiliary, Cedar Hill Field of Honour or a charity of the donor's choice.
