It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kevin Joseph Cornect announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at the age of 55 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Sylvia, two sons: Rene Cornect and Kevin Jr., both of Mainland, two daughters: Melenie Cornect of Mainland, Monique Cornect (Roger) of Burgeo, five brothers: Ronald (Leah), William (Mabel), Clyde, Vincent, Leonard, all of Mainland, two sisters: Mrs. Mabel Bungay of Lourdes, Ms. Margaret Cornect of Mainland and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Joanna Cornect, brothers, Adolph, John, James and sister, Delma. Friends may call at St. Anne’s Chapel in Mainland on Monday. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, February 12th at 2 p.m. at St. Anne’s Chapel, Mainland with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Mainland. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville.
