SNODGRASS, PATRICIA ANN - It is with great sadness the family announce the death of Patricia Ann Snodgrass at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB on August 7, 2008 after a brief illness surrounded by her loving family. Born 1935 in Toronto, ON to the late Madeline (Ryan) and George Francis. Pat will be sadly missed by her devoted husband of 26 years, Gerry Snodgrass of Saint John; son, Michael MacAlpine (Ilona) of Halifax, NS; daughter, Teri Nickerson (Andy) of Yarmouth, NS; greatly missed by her loving grandchildren, Shelby Nickerson and Nicholas and Alexander MacAlpine who were her greatest joys in life. She will also be missed by her sister, Karen Francis and brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Jean Francis all of Toronto; nieces, nephews; many cousins and friends. Pat enjoyed camping, traveling, playing games on the computer and her garden. It was Pat's wish to be cremated without a funeral service; however, in remembrance of Pat's life, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Lung Association or the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation where the care given to Pat was outstanding.
