GERALD JOSEPH LEBLANC

LEBLANC, GERALD JOSEPH - The death of Gerald LeBlanc, formerly of Kingston, NB, occurred at Kingsway Nursing Home on Sunday, August 10, 2008. He was born in Saint John, NB on April 16, 1916 to the late Frederick and Alvina (Robichaud) LeBlanc. Gerald worked for Brockville Chemical in the maintenace department and Canada Packers retiring after many years as foreman. He was also a very talented carpenter and mason. He is survived by one brother, Francis (Sylvia) of Toronto, ON; two sisters, Marie Perry of Saint John, NB and Theresa Aileen Brooks (Larry) of Quispamsis, NB; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Gerald is predeceased by his first wife, Clarissa (Dunham); second wife, Christine (O'Donald) (Fitzpatrick); two brothers, Clarence and George; and three sisters, Mary Elward, Celina Landry and Emiline Hayward. At Gerald's request there will be no traditional visitation or funeral service. A private graveside service will be held in Fernhill Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick or a charity of the donor's choice.
