GREEN, GREGORY - At the Grand Falls General Hospital, August 13, 2008, Mr. Gregory Allen Green of Grand Falls passed away unexpectedly at the age of 59 years. He was the husband of Jacinthe (Michaud) Green. Born at Grand Falls in 1949, he was a son of the late Harry and Bernice (Dee) Green. Greg was employed with McCain Foods Limited for the past 35 years. He was formerly a President of the International Snowmobile Council and was currently on the Executive of the Grand Falls Truck and Tractor Pull Association. Besides his wife, he is survived by his two sons, Troy (Gisele) of Drummond and Jason (Kelly) of Dieppe; two grandsons, Cody and Hunter; one brother, David (Andree) of Dartmouth; four sisters, Dorothy (Clayton Record) of Kennebunk, Maine, Shirley (Ray Petersen) of Drummond, Beverly (Dale Smyzer) of Pennsylvania and Barbara (Jack Fisher) of California; his mother-in-law, Simonne Michaud; resident of the Grand Falls Manor; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Guildor Michaud (Marthe) of Ste-Croix, Quebec, Murielle King of Drummond, Grace Gallant Michaud of Fabreville, Quebec and Rodrigue Michaud (Ginette) of Grand Falls, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by father-in-law, Ned Michaud; brothers-in-law, Bertin Michaud and Gerald King. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Monday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. His funeral will be held Monday, August 18th at 2 p.m. from the Assumption Church, Grand Falls, with interment in the Union Cemetery, Grand Falls.
