MACNEILL, DOROTHY JOHANNA - The passing of Dorothy Johanna MacNeill Saint John, NB, wife of the late Donald J.W. MacNeill, occurred peacefully at the Kennebec Manor, Saint John. Born in Saint John on February 24, 1918, she was the daughter of William and Louisa (Verander) Steiper. Survived by a daughter, Nancy Denton (Bill Attenborough) of Dartmouth, NS; a son, Jim (Anne) MacNeill of Browns Flat, NB; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff of Kennebec Manor Nursing Home for their love and kindness to their mother and family. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424. At the request of the family there will not be any visiting at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 5th, 2pm at First Wesleyan Church, 399 Boars Head road.
