TOMLINSON, EDITH- The passing of Edith Tomlinson of Perth-Andover, NB occurred on August 19, 2008 at the Victoria Glen Manor at the age of 92. Born in Newcastle, NB she was the daughter of the late Fraser and Grace Harris. Edith is survived by one daughter, Sheila (Fraser) Cowie of Vancouver, BC; two sons, Wayne Tomlinson of Vancouver, BC; and Milt (Ruth Ann) Tomlinson of Belleville, ON; four grandchildren, Ryan and Katherine Cowie, Bradley Tomlinson and Andrea Johnston; three great grandchildren, Braydon and Brooke Johnston and Jordan; one sister, Lorna Ullock of Miramichi, NB. Predeceased by her parents, husband, Duncan Tomlinson; two sisters, Vella Traponi and Dorothy Harris; two brothers, Stickney and Warren Harris. Edith was a member of the Eastern Star, Round Table Literary Club, ACW, Women's Auxilary and the Bridge Club. Resting at White's Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB with visiting hours on Sunday August 24th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday August 25th at 1 pm from the Trinity Anglican Church, Perth-Andover with Rev. Terence Chandra officiating. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery. A tea following the service at the Anglican Church. Memorial donations to the Trinity Anglican Church or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
