MARY CHRISTINE MCNULTY
MCNULTY, MARY CHRISTINE - age 79, of 33 Smythe St., passed away Monday, September 22, 2008, at her home. Born on December 7, 1928, in South Hampton, England, she was the daughter and only child of the late Albert and Agnes (Sparrow) Marshall. Mary served in the Army Reserves, Provo Corp., as Staff Sergeant for 11 years, longtime volunteer for the Canadian Red Cross, a member of the Fundy Branch # 68 (ex. Service Women) and was a foster mother to many children over the years. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Surviving are her children, Thomas "Tom" (Wendy) McNulty, Nauwigewauk; Christine (Robert) Hickes, Saint John; Susan (Sherman) Holland, Hampton; and Foster son, Richard Cameron, Toronto; grandchildren, Shelly Emery (Rob), Jamie McNulty (Sheree), Brittany McNulty, Ashley Arrowsmith and Kelsey Arrowsmith; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her husband, James Anthony McNulty. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday in Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview Chapel" (634-1701), 309 Lancaster Avenue, where the Royal Canadian Legion will hold a service 7 p.m. Thursday. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, 12 noon, September 26, 2008, at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. Burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
