It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary P. Jesso announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at the age of 66 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Ronald P. Jesso; four sons: Alex (Robin) of New Brunswick, Randy (Helena) of Stephenville, John (Helena) of Stephenville and Douglas of Black Duck Siding; seven daughters: Joanne (David) Whalen of Stephenville, Mary (John) Mootrey of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Lisa (Herbie) Simon of Mattis Point, Annie Gibbons, Margaret Young (Doug) of Black Duck Siding, Josephine (Nick) Young of St. George’s and Patricia Jesso of Stephenville; two sisters: Shirley White (Don Young) of Noel’s Pond and Edith (Ed) Bouzanne of Toronto; 30 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Benoit and son-in-law, Alex Bennett. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 12th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
